Meet Your Trainer

Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m an Exercise and Sports Scientist, former athlete, and busy mum, and I know firsthand how challenging it can be to maintain strength, flexibility, and consistency when life is full. These workouts are built from the methods that have supported me in sport, on stage, and through everyday life. They’re designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build flexibility in a way that fits your lifestyle and performance goals.
