About the Program

Meet Your Trainer

Hi, I’m Lauren,   I’m an Exercise and Sports Scientist, former athlete, and busy mum. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to maintain strength, flexibility, and consistency when life is full. These workouts are built from the exact methods that supported me throughout my career in sport and on stage, and they are the same proven techniques I’ve successfully shared with countless clients since 2011.  My goal is to help women move better, feel stronger, and hit your flexibility goals in a way that seamlessly fits into your routine.
