Hi, I’m Lauren Skopal.

I’ll be guiding you through how to move, perform, and recover with more understanding and confidence.

Lauren Skopal

Exercise and Sport Scientist

As a Exercise & Sports Scientist, I’ve spent my career exploring how the human body moves, performs, and recovers, and how to turn that understanding into something practical people can implement. My journey began as a gymnastics national medalist and later took me across the world as an international acrobat, performing in over 10 countries. Those experiences shaped how I see movement, human potential, and what the body is capable of when it’s trained with intention and consistency. That curiosity led me to complete a Master of Applied Sport Science at Deakin University, where I focused on advancing my knowledge in all aspects of high performance from athlete management to strength and conditioning and research. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with organisations like Richmond Football Club, Tennis Australia, and the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA), supporting athletes across a wide range of disciplines. Alongside this, I teach Sport Science at Deakin University, where I stay closely connected to the latest research and the next generation of practitioners. In every role I take on, my focus remains the same, making performance science simple, usable, and meaningful. At the core of everything I do is helping people move with more freedom, confidence, and longevity, not just in sport, but in life.
